Hello, I'm Steven Chau, the founder of  JoltSpark.  As a first-generation college graduate, my journey to financial literacy was self-guided. My parents, Chinese Cambodian refugees, came to America with little knowledge of investing or financial planning. Despite over 30 years of hard work in the donut shop business, they are still working today, not yet financially free. Their experience underscored for me the importance of financial education and planning for financial freedom.

Thanks to my parents' sacrifices, I was able to focus on my education, which took me to UC Berkeley and eventually a successful career in IT Project Management. However, it was only after graduating and starting to work that I realized the importance of managing personal finances. Over the past decade, I've been learning about investing, budgeting, and understanding the concept of financial freedom. This journey sparked a passion in me and led to the creation of JoltSpark.

My background in the IT industry gave me a unique perspective on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. I see beyond the potential for financial gain and understand the transformative implications of these technologies for the future. This understanding forms the foundation of the Crypto JoltSpark program, which aims to educate others about the potential and challenges of the Crypto world.
